What we do on a call
Alongside
Provisions, launch, crew change and repairs are each written to the timeline when they happen. If a time moves there is a new version and a new confirmation, not a call someone may have missed.
After sailing
The disbursement account follows the timeline line by line. The principal is never asked to pay for a service that is not on the confirmed record.
One timeline, one account
Every document carries a fingerprint of its exact wording. Paste in the copy you were sent and the portal tells you whether it is the version on file, an older one, or text that changed on the way.
Each profile sees only the documents meant for it, and every attempt to open something else is written to the record, whether it worked or not.

Crew papers stay off email
Seafarers' documents travel only through the secure channel. In the portal they sit with the crew desk and nobody else, and no one can attach them to a message.
The agent who handles a crew change is the one who can show where each paper went.
